How do I extract a specific page range from a PDF?

Load the PDF, type the range you want into the box — for example 1-3, 5, 8-10 — and press Apply. The matching pages are selected in that exact order. Then press Download extracted PDF to save just those pages as a new file. You can also click individual thumbnails instead of typing a range.

Can I reorder the pages while extracting?

Yes. The pages come out in the order you select them, not in document order. Click thumbnails in the sequence you want, or use the arrow buttons in the Output order strip to move any page earlier or later. Press Sort ascending if you would rather return to plain document order.

What is the difference between one combined PDF and the ZIP options?

One combined PDF puts every selected page into a single file in your chosen order. One PDF per page produces a separate single-page PDF for each selected page, bundled into a ZIP. The fixed-size groups option splits your selection into batches — for example one file for every five pages — also bundled into a ZIP.
