A printable calendar generator that turns any year into a clean, print-ready PDF — either a single detailed month or an entire 12-month year on one sheet. It is built for anyone who wants a physical wall planner, a desk calendar, a school or fiscal-year overview, or a simple dated page to scribble on, without wrestling with a spreadsheet or a word processor. You set the year, choose where the week starts, drop in the events that matter to you, pick a colour, and download. Everything happens in your browser, so it is fast, private, and works offline once the page has loaded.

How it works

Pick single-month mode to produce one large, roomy month — each day cell has space to print birthdays, deadlines or notes — or full-year mode to fit all twelve months into a tidy grid on a single A4 page. Set any year from a small number up to four digits, and choose whether weeks begin on Monday, Sunday or Saturday; the weekday headers, the leading blank days and the weekend shading all rebuild instantly to match.

Under the hood the tool computes the first weekday of each month, lays out a six-row grid, and shades Saturday and Sunday columns when you ask it to. Turn on ISO week numbers to show the 2026-standard week count down the left edge — handy for project planning and logistics. Add events by typing a date and a label: in month mode the label is printed right inside the day; in year mode the day is marked with a coloured bar so the small grid stays legible. A live on-page preview mirrors the active month so you can see exactly what you are about to print, and the accent colour flows through the header band, the event text and the page frame. When you are happy, the Download button renders a vector PDF with jsPDF in your chosen portrait or landscape orientation, sized for A4.

Example

Suppose you want a wall calendar for June 2026 with the week starting on Monday and your family’s commitments on it. Choose single-month mode, set the year to 2026 and the month to June, leave the start day on Monday, then add three events: a birthday on the 14th, a school sports day on the 20th, and a bank-holiday note on the 1st. Pick the emerald accent, switch to landscape for a wider grid, and press Download. You get a one-page A4 PDF with a green header reading June 2026, shaded weekends, and your three labels sitting inside their day cells — ready for the printer and the fridge door.

Need the whole year instead? Flip to full-year mode and the same events appear as accent markers across a single twelve-month sheet, perfect for a year planner above a desk.

Every figure, date and event stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded, so even a calendar full of private appointments never leaves your machine.
